Every second Tuesday of the month, next date: 12th October, 1.30-3.00pm in church. All are welcome to come for a coffee and a chat

ALL SAINTS DAY – MONDAY 1ST NOVEMBER – Light a candle for a loved one

All Saints is a day when we remember loved ones who are no longer with us.

Therefore, Birstwith church will be open 10-11.00am, Killinghall church will be open 12-1.00pm, Hampsthwaite church will be open from 2-3.00pm and Felliscliffe chapel will be open 3.30-4.30pm on Monday 1 November to enable those who wish to come along to reflect and to light a candle in memory of those departed.

Do please let your friends, who are not usually church goers, know that this is happening.

BIRSTWITH

HARVEST FLOWERS AND MUSIC

Sunday 17th October, come and see the lovely autumn display of harvest flowers from 2pm, then relax and listen to a musical interlude provided by the ARCADIAN STRINGS at 3.30pm. Tickets are £5 per adult (children free) and includes tea/coffee and cake in the church hall after the interlude. Third Thursday of every month, 10.15am-12noon. In St James’ Church Hall.

QUIZ NIGHT
